How long have you been riding BMX for?

I bought my first bmx when I was 11 years old, so 6 years now but I have been on 2 wheels ever since I was 2.

What is your favorite place to ride? My favourtie place to ride is Joyride 150 because it is a guaranteed great session with all the boys. There is a lot of talented riders that I feed tricks off of and have a bunch of laughs with.

What’s the first trick that you’ve learned? The first trick I ever landed was a toboggan

What’s the most difficult trick that you’ve learned? The most difficult trick I’ve learned has got to be a frontflip tuck no hander because there is a lot of commitment involved in landing this trick and is a high-risk trick.

Next trick to learn? I have a few tricks in the works at the moment but definitely I want to get frontflip barspin.

What is the most memorable moment you have so far from riding? (If you want, send us a video of a memorable moment. )

A memorable moment is going to Woodward PA last summer and having the opportunity to ride the best facility in the world for progressing with some legends and idols. Another memorable moment is competing at the Canadian National event and C1 event where I got to compete against the best riders in the world and to be on the same platform as they are.

It was definitely a great experience to see the dedication top riders have and is only giving me more motivation to progress on my bike.  (videos are included at the bottom)

What’s the next big thing that you will be doing in the near future? My next big thing will be training as hard as I can on and off the bike to better my riding so I can start hitting up more contest to hopefully make a name for myself.

What advice would you give to someone who wants to start biking? Some advice would be to have as much fun riding as possible. Find a group of friends and enjoy progressing together because that’s what bmx is all about. Just one big family!

What’s your ultimate goal in life? My ultimate goal is to one day represent my country in the Olympics, but there are many small goals I have set to achieve it. Something very important is to always have fun on my bike because that is the most important thing to keep doing, everything else that falls into place and is earned is just a bonus.
